We had Gecko come in to modify and complete our current garage. Derrick gave us a full quote with all the pricing broken down to make it clear what we were paying for. He gave us a full timeline and pointed out areas where there could potentially be delays. Derrick was very involved and always knew what was going on, he’s an excellent project manager. He was often on site checking on crews and was always available if we had questions. I never once was at a point where I said to my self ‘hmm I better check and see what’s going on’ because we were always updated and always knew what was happening and when. We had an unexpected delay due to city electrical inspections taking forever, but Derrick called us right away to explain and give us our options. Prior to the project starting, we had a flood and we gave Derrick a heads up on it, and he even made the time to come down and make sure that what work we had planned wouldn’t make the situation worse.
